2.0Die Betten waren bequem. Überdachte Abstellmöglichkeit für Fahrräder
− Die Klimaanlage war defekt. Es war kein Personal vor Ort. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Auf eine Email wurde erst um Mitternacht geantwortet. Der Safe war nicht abschließbar. Die Schubladen und der Zahnputzbecher waren schmutzig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war um 8.30 Uhr noch nicht vorbereitet, obwohl ab 7 Uhr Frühstück angeboten wird, sodass wir 15 Minuten warten mussten. Beim Auschecken wurde ein Preisnachlass versprochen, der jetzt nach 1 Monat immer noch nicht erstattet wurde. Auf mehrfache Emails im letzten Monat wurde 1xlig vor 1,5 Wochen in einem Einzeiler geantwortet, der Vorgang sei angeblich in Bearbeitung . Telefonisch ist das Hotel weiterhin nicht zu erreichen. UNMÖGLICH!
