Great little town , great choice of accommodation.
9.0Staff were exceptional, they manage 5 properties and are very obliging helping. Bed super comfy. This property is accommodation only. The hotel side isn't open at the moment.

My Stay in Parkes
9.0Comfortable bed ...nice decor...lovely clean bathroom area... receptionist was patient and helpful and kind.
− The numbers were hard to see in night light on the combination to open the door if one hasn't got the reading glasses at hand. No doubt the person who does not need glasses will find it far easier.

8.0Everything except one thing, it has been great.
− There was only one thing I had a problem with (and that may be because, I'm a 64 year old pensioner with arthritis) the stairs were a problem for me as I'm not as steady on my feet as I used to be, however I realize, there is not a lot that the proprieters can do about that. I did meet one woman, I asked her if she was the owner and she said she was 2nd in charge, she was very helpful and helped me access the free wifi and helped me book another 5 nights I can' remember her name, although the owners will know who I'm talking about. She asked me to let her know if there was anything she could help me with, to just ask. In fact when I said I couldn't work out how to access the wifi, she said she'd come straight over. I appreciated the attention and dedication to, looking after the tenant. Sorry most of this review should have gone in "What I Did Like" instead of "What I Didn't Like". I hope the owners like my review.
