− Die Ausstattung ließ zu wünschen übrig (es fehlten grundlegende Dinge wie ein Wasserkocher oder kostenloses Trinkwasser); das Zimmer war zu laut, man konnte schreiende Kinder und jeden, der die Hoteleingangstür öffnete, hören.

Guests arriving on Sunday, on public holidays or after 18:00 are kindly asked to contact the property in advance in order to arrange the key pick-up.
Please note, this is a strictly nonsmoking hotel. Guests smoking with be charged a fine and the room cleaning fee.
Please note that public parking is available for a surcharge in the P3 and P4 car parks, within a 5 or 10 minute walk. Reservation is not possible. The P1 car park is a 20-minute walk away or else 8 minutes away using the free transfer bus. It is possible to stop in front of the hotel for loading and unloading luggage.
A deposit may be required at the property.
WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
Pets are not allowed.
Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
