Amazing view, fresh air, and helpful staff

This place has such a great view overlooking Malang, it’s one of my favorite parts of staying here. The air up here is also fresh, I don’t think I need AC here. Even though the property is not in the main street, it’s not too far of a walk to the nearest warung. The staffs were really nice and helpful the whole time. They even tried their best to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. They also delivered my daily water bottles straight to my room, such a small thing but very thoughtful.

− The location is about 5 minutes walk to the nearest warung and it’s pretty far from any convenience store. If you want more restaurant choices, you need to go down the main street or order gofood instead. There’s no kitchen here so you can’t cook your meal. The water heater can be unreliable sometimes, but it only happens for one night and it returns to normal the next day. If you stay at the upper floors, there’s no lift so you need to carry your bags up and down the stairs. One small thing I wish they had is a proper sink or washing area. It would be nice to brush my teeth there instead of using the bidet. The rooms aren’t exactly soundproof, so you might hear when people moving around or the outside noise. But personally, it didn’t bother me much.
