9.0Location good. Room was clean, quiet. Staff friendly. Microwave/fridge handy for fixing breakfast each day. Hot water came quickly.

− The room coffee maker (with coffee in filter packets) makes terrible coffee. The bathroom needs remodel with trim separating from the wall and water leaking on the tile around the toilet. Clearly an aging facility with deferred maintenance.

6.0Great location right in town. Very clean with daily housekeeping. Staff very nice.
− Property needs an updating. Wifi is finicky, usually slow, and sometimes unusable. I had to run to a coffee shop one time when I needed internet. Still, I would stay here again.
