− O atendimento de um dos funcionários da recepção deixou bastante a desejar. Ao chegar, ele pediu que eu apresentasse a reserva, sem sequer se prontificar a procurá-la no sistema pelo meu nome. Quando questionei, justificou que poderia haver hóspedes homónimos, embora o meu nome seja bastante incomum. Além disso, ao informar o meu código postal e utilizar a palavra “meia” para indicar o número 6 — forma perfeitamente comum no português do Brasil —, o funcionário pediu, de maneira pouco cordial, que eu “falasse português”. Considero a postura desnecessária, constrangedora e pouco compatível com um atendimento profissional, especialmente num estabelecimento que recebe hóspedes de diferentes nacionalidades.
