1.0Evitem este sítio, a sério!!! A não ser que queiram ouvir as conversas e gemidos vindos dos quartos ao lado..
− Ao fazer-se uma reserva (ou contrato) parte-se do princípio que aceitamos todas as condições, que incluem não só aquilo que está explícito nas fotografias em termos de instalações, como igualmente as condições contratuais de utilização do estabelecimento. Ora, neste caso fui surpreendida de forma negativa, altiva e unilateral com uma mudança de horário de check-in para mais tarde porque.."a gerência tinha mudado" e decidiram nem se dar ao trabalho de informar (a não ser após ter perguntado pelo Booking se podia fazer check-in mais cedo no próprio dia a escassas horas de o fazer..e vir a resposta que o mesmo seria apenas viável uma hora ainda mais tarde que o estabelecido!!!!!). Ou seja: check-in às 14:00, pedi se podia entrar um bocadinho mais cedo, e recebo como resposta que só a partir das 15:00 😵😵😵 Informei que o horário de entrada me tinha sido fornecido no ato do pagamento, era esse o contrato, e foi mediante essa opção que organizei, planeei, combinei e me comprometi com terceiros a honrar compromissos assumidos. Que -tendo em conta terem-nos deixado retidos à porta do estabelecimento como cães durante quase uma hora ao não fornecerem os códigos de acesso ao quarto- ficaram irremediavelmente arruinados e sem efeito, com prejuízos pessoais de ordem elevada e que afetaram desde logo o meu sentido de compromisso e a minha honra e dignidade. Ficou TUDO estragado com este gesto perfeitamente reprovável e que repudio! Seria o mesmo que ter feito a reserva por um determinado valor e pagar apenas metade porque..mudei de companheiro de viagem! Só ridículo.. Na última noite recebi através do Booking.com uma mensagem do hotel (nunca ninguém se identificou pessoalmente!!!) a perguntar se estava tudo bem e alguma questão, estavam ao dispor. Depois do mal feito..

8.0Posizione perfetta a circa 50mt dalla metro La stanza era pulita, con piccola cucina fornelli, microonde, bollitore. Bagno piccolo ma funzionale. Condizionatore.
− Qualche piccola manutenzione soprattutto nella doccia. Nelle scale sempre presenti grandi sacchi di lenzuola. Qualcuno fumava in stanza.

− A few rooms had a flight of stairs to them and I should have asked for a room with access to the very fine lift as I had an unusually exceptionally heavy case, but I could manage it nevertheless

3.0Good location. The room felt safe and was okay value for money.
− The sheets were old and scratchy, the room was very loud from traffic and the bus stop outside. Also, no dark curtains which meant the room was bright being summer. The location was good and close to the tube. The host was helpful too!
