− La calidad de la comida del bar no estuvo buena. No fueron respetados los horarios de los niños en el spa.

− Q te cobran el servicio a la habitacion, cuando estan a dos pasos, q el agua no es potable y solo te ofrecen una botella de agua mineral, despues si queres mas tenes q pagar y sale fortuna en el alojamiento...

4.0La ubicación y la comodidad de las camas de la habitación. Buena atención del personal.
− 1. El baño de la habitación de innundaba luego de usar la ducha. 2. En la piscina climatiazada el agua se encontraba turbia y fria. 3. En el lugar de spa y piscina, no funcionaban los hidromasajes y la calefacción era mínima, salis de la piscina a cambiarte y te congelabas.
