Localização boa, nosso quarto possuía varanda com rede e vista para o calcadão/mar/Morro do Careca ... Café da manhã condizente com o valor da diária praticada.

− Apesar da boa localização a saída direta para a praia passa por dentro de uma loja, que tem horário de funcionamento e portanto não dá acesso 24h, a depender do horário o acesso tem de ser feito pela rua e é próximo, porém ambos podem apresentar dificuldade para quem possui mobilidade reduzida, principalmente o acesso pela loja que é feito por grande escadaria. Limpeza no geral não é completa e ideal, a varanda não parece ser limpa constantemente, há algum tempo deve necessitar também de reparos principalmente quanto a questão de "acabamento", nosso quarto possuía degrau para acesso ao banheiro, o que também pode ser dificultador para quem tem mobilidade reduzida. Identificamos que a roupa de cama não estava limpa quando chegamos, provavelmente não havia sido trocada do hóspede anterior, solicitamos a substituição que foi prontamente resolvida pelo recepcionista Julio, porém demonstra um certo descuido quanto a atenção no serviço de quarto/limpeza.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. O café da manhã foi maravilhoso com uma tapioca excepcional

− Conforto bem ruim e devido as chuvas criou-se infiltrações no quarto todo. Tinha formigas no quarto e chão estava grudento.

A Localização é muito boa. A cordialidade dos funcionários, principalmente da senhora do café, muito gentil. Excelente custo benefício.

− A limpeza do quarto ficou a desejar demais, o quarto não estava com aspecto de limpeza, lençóis com aparências e cheiro desagradável, e o banheiro estava sujo. Mesmo com o custo benefício não justifica a limpeza de qualidade.
