9.0Overall it was a good stay, but there are some things to be corrected. Out of two days stay there was no shower gel in the washroom. Faucet was also not working properly
Should have use the new generation tv. Change the cable network. Wi-Fi to be changed.
5.0Good coffee shop, good game area, swimming pool is good.
− Room was not as expected. Small room, TV was an old generation cable. TV channels were all stuck. Cannot able to see any thing on it. Wi-Fi was very bad and poor connection. Had to use my own wifi modem. Very bad experience with family for vacation . I booked thinking that Gokulam park in guruvayur was excellent. But in Munnar it's worst.
Go for it if there are no other places to stay!
4.0There was nothing much to like about the property. Maybe the bulding
− While the staff members were polite and courteous, the overall service experience reflected a lack of adequate training and operational coordination. The front office associate who accompanied us appeared unfamiliar with the resort facilities and services, and basic hospitality gestures such as offering luggage assistance were unfortunately missed. Requests for simple essentials, including plates and drinking water, took considerable effort due to the restaurant being closed, although the team eventually arranged them. Breakfast options were also quite limited and fell below expectations in terms of variety and overall quality. Considering we paid around ₹5,500 for a balcony room, the overall experience and service quality did not justify the price.
