− The staff was rude and almost threw us out, saying we didn't have a reservation. After explaining and showing our booking through booking.com and giving a reference number, the boy at the reception said, sorry I don't see your reservation. It took 45 mins for him to check and then confirm. Very annoying 😞 The room had no storage units other than a table in front of the TV. The bathroom had blood stains on the wall. The bed had mould. Blankets were teared

− I had issue with the reception boy i gave 1000 but he didnt want to give the remaining change and i ask i bring the change he saying i dont have money

4.0No breakfast was provided. Basic amenities like soap and towel were not provided. The bed sheets were soiled. And there was no table or cupboard in the room. The shower was not functional and there was no toilet seat. I requested for an early check-in through bookings.com, but despite rooms being available I was not provided one and asked to pay more for the room. It was said that you could have got the room if you booked directly through the counter rather than through the site.
