1.0− They did not let me enter the property inspite of having a reservation ...since it was late......in one word the worst experience

− Ac is not working properly in the room. AC need to be changed.

1.0− I payed as per the tariff along with the taxes but the service was worst. AC was not working. I couldn't sleep whole night.
