Don't book this property if you wish a pleasant stay
1.0Except the location and the connectivity to transportation I liked nothing.
− First of all, the property denied for checking in for the price of booking displayed while booking the room. They asked to pay more to check in. We paid 400/- more than the booking price. We contacted the customer service to resolve the issue. They could not contact the property manager and resolve the issue. Ultimately we are forced to pay more. The resolution offered by the customer support was to relocate to another property which is 4.2 km away from that we booked. It was not at all feasible to reach the offered property at 11.30 PM as we have reached the booked property all the way travelling and after reaching there relocating and finding means of transport at that time was very difficult. This experience is too horrible. The property didn't arrange atleastdrinking water. The washrooms are not good. They are not working properly. Flush in toilet was not working. There are no hangers for available in bath room atleast to keep towel for bathing. This deal is not at all worth the money paid.
