6.0No noise canceling or noise reducer in the facilities, because its located in the airport but the noise from construction worker below the room is seeped through and its really uncomfortable.

6.0− The hotel should restock their cafeteria food quickly instead of saying not available. The staff should be more pro active. Guest was seen picking up litter at cafeteria and staff did nothing to act on it.
