Bonito y limpio pero el baño no está dentro de la habitación.
7.0La ubicación y la atención del personal, así como la limpieza de las habitaciones y el baño. El desayuno es hecho al momento así que es fresco.
− No especifican que el baño (al menos de la habitación que me asignaron), está fuera de la habitación. Cumple con lo descrito en la reservación respecto a que es privado pues solo nosotros teníamos acceso, pero para ingresar al sanitario o tomar un baño había que salir totalmente de la habitación. Esto, me parece, deberían indicarlo al momento de reservar pues resultó una sorpresa nada grata.

Muy buena la ubicación y la atención de todo el personal.
8.0Muy buena la ubicación del hotel, no hubo casi ruido ya que en zonas más céntricas de Antigua puede ser más ruidoso. Tiene detalles de decoración muy originales. Muy amable el personal y la atención de quienes atienden el hotel.
− Les falta ventilación en los cuartos, no hay ventanas para que circula bien el aire, eso sería algo bueno que cambiaran.
