10.0It's the best accommodation we had in our 12 days ( 4 cities ) journey in Georgia, the most comfortable, clean, flexible, with the best facilities and the best view, and the most professional and understanding staff, he is ensuring providing the best hotel experience from all the prospectives, it's like that he is expert and he loves what he is doing very much. 10.0The view from the balcony is great. The room was nice, clean and spacious. Bed was very comfortable. Everything felt very new and clean. The host was really friendly, easy to communicate with.

7.0This place was decent value for money. We really enjoyed having a kitchen and a washing machine, which allowed us to reset halfway through our long trip. We appreciated all of the advice and assistance we recieved from staff for booking and translating with drivers. The room was very spacious, and located centrally enough to make walking to the store and restaurants quick and convenient.
− Although we enjoyed our stay here, we were surprised at the extremely high (9.4 - exceptional!) ratings on booking. There was significant water damage to our wall, the stove top worked very intermitently (which meant that we actually could not cook the last day of our stay, and some of our purchased groceries went to waste), we struggled to get hot water in the shower, and the sheets did not fit the bed properly. The place was clean-ish, but there certainly could have been a lot more attention to detail. While I am not going to demand a refund, I have to imagine that there are more "exceptional" places in Kazbegi.
