− Person leider sehr unfreundlich. An der Rezeption wird man nicht freundlich empfangen. Bei Fragen wird man angeschaut wie ein Auto. Die Sauberkeit lässt für 4S+ zu wünschen übrig.

9.0Spa Suite im Landhaus Stil, mit Saune , Dusche & Badewanne. Frühstück war vielfältig, wurde immer wieder nachgefüllt. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter.

8.0Die Lage ist durch die Nähe zum Großen Kahnhafen aber auch kleineren Anlegern sehr gut. Ein Spaziergang zur hübschen Dorfkirche und dem Bauernmuseum ist nicht weit. Positiv sind die Hoteleigenen Angebote für Kahnfahrt, Paddelbootverleih und Brauereiführung.
− Bei zwei Restaurants im Haus - Brauhaus und Feine Küche- hätte ich abweichende Speisekarten erwartet. Leider ist die Karte im Restaurant "Feine Küche" nur eine ausgedünnte Version der Brauhaus-Karte. Die Zimmer verfügen über keine Klimaanlage und heizen sich trotz Deckenventilator recht stark auf.
