Gelungener Aufenthalt in historischer Altstadt
8.0Sehr gutes Frühstück in schönem Frühstücksraum, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal, guter Zimmerservice, jeden Tag frische Handtücher, kostenfreier Parkplatz gleich neben dem Haus, gute Ausgangslage für Baden, Wandern und Fahrradtouren (Schambachtalradweg, 3-Burgentrail mit steilen Anstiegen, Badesee St.Agatha).
− Treppenhaus und Flure könnten etwas entrümpelt werden, Möbel und Accessoires stören den ansonsten guten Gesamteindruck. Zimmer nachts sehr hell, die Straßenlaterne direkt vor dem Fenster bei Zimmer Nr. 2 kann man nur durch vollständiges Herablassen der Rolläden ausblenden, was mangels Klimagerät das Zimmer zumindest im Sommer unangenehm warm werden lässt. Die Burgschänke nebenan bewirtet seine Gäste draußen bis 3:00 Uhr morgens.
