8.0Es war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich hilfsbereit und auch fachlich sehr gut. Überall Klimaanlage, war sehr angenehm. Das Frühstück war super, sehr vielseitig. Es hat nichts gefehlt
− Die Beleuchtung im Badezimmer war nicht so angenehm, für uns war es zu hell, schade, dass es keine Möglichkeit gab die Lampe an der Decke auszuschalten. Im Zimmer hätten wir wiederum gerne etwas helleres Licht gehabt.

4.0− Ich war leider sehr enttäuscht von meinem Aufenthalt. Auf Booking.com werden moderne und schöne Zimmer gezeigt, aber bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich in einem alten Gebäude auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite untergebracht. Das Zimmer entsprach überhaupt nicht den Bildern auf Booking.com und meinen Erwartungen. Es sollte klar angegeben werden, dass es zwei verschiedene Gebäude mit unterschiedlichem Standard gibt. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass das Angebot irreführend ist. Aus diesem Grund würde ich dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

3.0Das Personal, allerdings mit sehr eingeschränkten Möglichkeitzen, etzwas zu ändern.
− Obwohl mir telefonisch das Mitbringen eines Hunde sehr freundlich betätigt wurde. Nebenbei wurde ich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass zusätzlich 22 Euro pro Tag Reinigungskosten für den Hund anfallen. Ok., frage mich nur, was für 22 € gereinigt wurde. Leider trifft das Bild für das gegenüberliegende Hotelhaus und deren Zimmer nicht zu. Mit Haustier bekommt man das schlechteste Zimmer, 2. Stock, Treppenhaus, keine Klimaanlage, völlig überhitzt, keine Abkühlung möglich, nur Jalousie, die auch noch am 1. Morgen kaputt ging, aber repariert wurde nach massiver Intervention. bei offenem Fenster dringen die Geräusche des Biergartens nach oben einschl. Zigarettenqualm sowie die Motorgeräusche und irgendwelche Abgase, möglich von den Klimaanlagen der Busse im Schienenersatzverkehr (?). keine Möglichkeit in den Schlaf zu kommen, nächtliche Spaziergänge mit Hund, um abzukühlen. Frühstücks Buffett normal, es fehlte nichts, sehr ordentlich, aber mit Wartezeiten verbunden, wenn Speisesaal ausgelastet, weil logistisch extrem schlechte Positionierung des Buffets. vom Carpaccio in einem Restaurant einer Fleischerei habe ich mir für 19 € auch mehr versprochen. keine feinen zarten Rinderscheiben, sondern kaum kaufähige große Scheiben Rind, in wenig würzigem Olivenöl getränkt und mit einem Käse überstreut. preise unanständig hoch für den Service und die Qualität. Kann ich Niemandem empfehlen, kann nur warnen. Fühle mich von Berschre4ibung und Bildern betrogen
