9.0El personal del hotel, en especial de recepción es capacitado, educado, atentos, gentiles, prestos a colaborar ante cualquier duda o necesidad. Se les observa sentido se pertenencia por su trabajo y por el. hotel. El restaurant brinda un buen desayuno con esmerada atención de la Sra.
− La ubicación y los colchones. Por mejorar el acceso a la ducha, ya que esta dentro de la tina de hidromasajes y para quienes no usamos eso, se dificulta el acceso además que no tienen apoya brazos o agarraderas.

9.0El personal, en especial de recepción capacitado con alto sentido de pertenencia por su trabajo. Igualmente el personal del restaurant cordiakea, serviciales.
− Una noche nos hospedamos ne las habitaciones sencillas, por mejorar la limpieza de los ventiladores y/o abanicos, ya que sueltan mucho polvo, y mejorar los colchones algo duro, por lo demás todo muy bien, limpieza y buenas toallas.
