9.0Staff very friendly. Swimming pool was great first thing for me. Food was outstanding. Evening meal was a great selection and at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was just what was needed after a few at the bar. Grounds where very pleasant and shops not too far away if you need anything.

8.0Very nice location perfect for my end to end walk, Lands End to John o’Groats. Bellingham is beautiful. After being shown to my room, I quickly realised the room hadn't been made up but was promptly given another room.
− Very noisy during the night with a rowdy golf party and no hotel staff managing the noise. Some guests had to bang on the walls very loudly to tell people to shut up. Made for a very uncomfortable night after a very tiring 20 mile walk on the Pennine Way.
