9.0Skvělý servis, recepce - všechen personál byl velmi milý a všímaví a nápomocný. Fantastická kuchyně a neskutečně pestrá snídaně. Krásné a jedinečné místo v ČR. Skvělý výhled.
− V pokojích bylo trochu teplo a není možnost otevřít okna. Na pokoji je sice větrák, ale ten nedostane do pokoje čerstvý vzduch z venku. Postele byly trochu měkčí, ale to je individuální - každý preferuje jiný tip postele, tudíž není možné vyhovět všem :-)

− Brak możliwości parkowania pod hotelem. Byliśmy prawiw sami z Gości na niżeh położonym parkingu .Z bagażem pod górę 650 m szliśmy pieszo.Pod hotelem stało 11 aut a nam kazali zjechać. Ponadto musieliśmy zapłacić 200 kron za parking a pod hotelem za darmo
