− I přes potvrzené rezervace byl hotel po příchodu na místo zavřený a telefonní číslo nedostupné!!! Majitelé prý odjeli na dovolenou! V oknech neskutečné množství much, fuj!

Ochota personálu při pozdním příjezdu
− Všechno je hodně opotřebované, poškozené a zastaralé. Navíc hluk od nádraží při frekvenci spojů je značný. Naštěstí jsme jen krátce přespali.

− Ubytovanie sa neuskutočnilo. Zarezervovsl som si cez booking ubytovanie, kde ukazovalo volných 5 izieb. Po mojom príchode na miesto ma privítala staršia , nie moc príjemná paní [asi majiteľka] , čo chcem. Povedal som , že mam zarezervovavú izbu cez booking, na čo mi povedala , že sa platí iba v hotovosti a ona cez booking nikdy nič neprenajíma. Približne 10minut rozhovor, kde som pani požiadal , aby stornovala moju rezerváciu, ked ma nevie ubytovať. Nebola vobec ochotná nič spraviť, že s bookingom ona nič nemá. Volal som aj support bookingu a aj políciu.

Líbil se nám přístup domácích. Sice byla cena jiná než domluvená na Booking nicméně měly volný pokoj což se nám líbilo.
− Mohli napsat že prochází rekonstrukcí. Jinak vše krásné a voňavé.

− Koncem září jsem měl pokoj číslo 6 a když jsem se vrátil domů, měl jsem štípance, které můžete vidět na obrázku. Myslím, že to byly štěnice. Žádné jsem neviděl, ale ani jsem po nich nepátral. V květnu byla recenze s fotkou štěnice.. Naštěstí se zdá, že jsem si z tohoto "hotelu" žádné z nich domů nevzal. Nikdy tam s dětmi nechoďte. Je to pro Lanžhot opravdu ostuda a trapné.
