9.0La habitación la cama muy cómoda acogedora y a pesar de que está cerca a la carretera el ruido es mínimo, el desayuno increíble variedad para escoger

− La piscina parece solo para niños y el ruido de las lavadoras en la noche es incomodo.

10.0El hotel es muy cómodo, lindo y ofrece muchos servicios. Las camas son sumamente cómodas, la comida deliciosa, pedimos una mazorcada y una carne y las dos deliciosas.
− La atención del personal a veces es despectiva, el chico que nos recibió fue espectacular, pero la chica de la recepción aunque llegamos a las tres y media de la tarde nos mando a una habitación que estaban limpiando y no quiso cambiar, entonces nos puso a esperar. Fuimos a la piscina mientras y a lo que regresamos, si decidió cambiarnos de habitación. Por otro lado, falta un letrero o una mejor comunicación de que no puedes estar en vestido de baño en el restaurante, nos sirvieron una parte para luego pedirnos que nos retiraramos, me pareció bastante grosero.
