8.0Tive um problema com o aplicativo e a resolução do hotel foi excepcional. O café da manhã também foi excelente, a localização e o fato de ter estacionamento também é muito bom. Camas muito confortáveis.
− A única dificuldade que encontrei foi o fato do banheiro ser pequeno. Atendeu bem, mas teria sido melhor se tivesse uma pia maior com um pequeno balcão de apoio, mas só tinha a pia.

10.0Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo no Hotel rota do sertão e dessa vez foi inclusive melhor. O staff é muito preparado, fomos muito bem recebidos, os quartos limpos e com roupas de cama boas, confortáveis. é bem localizado na BR para quem está viajando. Está próximo a pizzarias e outros lugares. Fomos em um grupo grande e foi tudo perfeito.
− Não é nada negativo, mas o hotel tem escadas, dessa forma não seria aplicável para pessoas com mobilidade reduzida ou muito idosas. Eu não vi se tinha elevador. Mas, em nosso grupo isso não interferiu porque não tinhamos pessoas com esse perfil, mas acho que é uma dica pra outros viajantes.
Indicarei o hotel para meus familiares e amigos com certeza e sem medo.
10.0Gostei da gentileza e educação dos recepcionistas, o apartamento limpinho, lençóis cheirosos, banheiro limpo, toalhas macias e cheirosas. O café da manhã, maravilhoso, com frutas, pães, bolos, uma variedade de comidas. Tudo perfeito!

Com algumas poucas melhorias a administração pode tornar a estadia mais agradável.
6.0Na chegada, tive que mudar de quarto pois o chuveiro elétrico não estava funcionando. Verifiquei que o disjuntor estava desligado, ao ligar o disjuntor e utilizar o chuveiro, houve um curto-circuito.
− Não havia sabonete na area interna ao chuveiro. Também não havia ducha higiência no banheiro.
