5.0Mâncarea de la restaurantul lor
− Pozele de pe Booking.com nu reflectă realitatea. Sunt doar 2-3 camere cu balcon, restul nu. Nu ești informat când faci rezervarea ca restaurantul și barul sunt închise între orele 10.00-17.00. Cea mai deranjanta problema și ofensa din partea lor a fost următoarea, in sejurul nostru de 5 zile, pe care l-am încheiat mai devreme cu o zi și jumătate, pe scurt: - primele doua seri am mâncat la ei in restaurant fara probleme, in a treia zi am plecat la cascadele Krushuna, la întoarcere pe la ora 14.00, începuse sa plouă, am întrebat personalul din hotel dacă putem sa ne așezăm la o masă și sa consumam 2-3 beri cumparate din alta parte, restaurantul și barul lor fiind închise.Au spus ca este in ordine.In acest timp personalul erau și ei la o masă pe terasă. La un moment dat soția imi spune ca aceștia se uita și fac semne către masa noastră și râd. Nu le-am dat importanță. Am băut cele doua beri și am urcat in cameră. Acum vine partea interesantă. La ora 18.00 am coborât sa luam masa de seară, contra cost,doar micul dejun era in prețul rezervării, ne așezăm la masa și după două minute vine o fetiță chelne și ne spune ca ne trebuie rezervare să putem lua masa in locație!!!! Pe nici o masa nu era vreo plăcută cu ,,Rezervat", am întrebat de ca ca doar și zilele trecute am fost și nu ne-a trebuit rezervare. Am plecat la alt restaurant din zonă, la întoarcere stupoare!!!!! Ce să vezi, la terasă erau încă mese libere ,doar doua aveau acea ,,rezervare" din 8 mese. Clar nu au vrut sa ne servească. Dar asta nu e tot!!!!! A doua zi dimineață, având micul dejun in preț, am coborât sa mâncăm. Ne așezăm la masa și așteptăm sa vina sa ne întrebe ce dorim. Între timp au mai coborât din camere și alt turisti, și la ei imediat au venit sa ii întrebe. După 40 de minute de așteptare, soția imi spune sa ne ridicăm, ca ăștia nu vor sa ne servească și sa plecăm acasă!!!!!!!

Pleasant stay - breakfast was nice - Will definitely remember the lake in front of the hotel.
6.0Breakfast was super. Staff was nice. The view from one of the rooms was super.
− No tea/coffee machine in the room. In of the room (apartment), in the kitchen there was not even a sink. Rooms can be decorated a bit, with at least new curtains, to give a bit of colour.
