3.0− Minha experiência neste hotel não foi positiva. A localização é excelente, e o atendimento dos funcionários merece reconhecimento. Todos foram muito atenciosos e educados durante a estadia. O gerente Gustavo também tentou amenizar a situação e demonstrou preocupação em resolver os problemas. No entanto, o café da manhã foi extremamente decepcionante. Havia filas enormes para conseguir acessar o buffet, o ambiente estava completamente desorganizado, muito barulhento e excessivamente lotado. Apesar de a comida ser saborosa, a superlotação comprometeu totalmente a experiência, tornando esse momento muito desagradável. Pelo que foi possível perceber, o hotel recebeu uma excursão sem ter estrutura, planejamento ou espaço suficiente para acomodar a quantidade de hóspedes. Isso resultou em um ambiente caótico e afetou diretamente a qualidade da estadia. Infelizmente, minha experiência não foi boa e, por esse motivo, não recomendaria este hotel a outras pessoas.

10.0La ubicación es ideal, sobre la mejor playa que es la segunda. El centro está cerca y también está cerca la tercera playa y la primera. Ideal también para familias. Nos quedamos en la habitación 5, a mitad de camino entre la playa y la piscina. Cuentan con balcón con hamaca y mesa. La piscina es amplia y siempre limpia, cristalina. La limpieza es excelente. El comedor tiene vista a la playa. Muy amable el personal. 100% recomendable!
