L'hôtel par lui même est très bien, je recommande
7.0Le petit déjeuner était servi un peu tard pour notre emploi du temps, nous n'avons donc pas pu en profiter. De plus, son tarif nous a semblé assez élevé. Emplacement : L'emplacement était correct, mais l'hôtel était mal indiqué, ce qui l'a rendu difficile à trouver.
− Je n'ai pas apprécié le manque de présence du personnel. Il serait également très utile d'ajouter, sur la confirmation de réservation, des indications précises pour accéder à l'hôtel. L'adresse seule ne permet pas de trouver facilement : même le chauffeur de taxi a eu des difficultés à le localiser.. Cependant en indiquant sur les informations de l'hôtel, derrière la gare de Tournai montée en face d'intermarché jusqu'à la rue chemin 34 serait suffisant.

10.0La propriétaire très professionnelle très courtoise nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner il ne manquait rien à part dommage pour le beurre salé car mon mari n'apprécie pas mais sinon c'était au top pensez à mettre du beurre normal
