Een goede uitvalsbasis voor een kort verblijf, met een uitstekend restaurant.
7.0Wij verbleven in een driepersoonsappartement in een apart gebouw van het hotel. Het appartement was ruim en voldeed voor een kort verblijf. De grootste troef van Garden City Hotel is zonder twijfel het restaurant. Het eten was heerlijk, de porties waren royaal en de bediening was vriendelijk. Alleen daarvoor zouden we er al opnieuw gaan eten. Al bij al een degelijk verblijf met een goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding, vooral voor een kort verblijf of als uitvalsbasis om Konjic en de omgeving te verkennen en om te gaan raften.
− Op vlak van netheid is er wel nog ruimte voor verbetering. Het appartement kon iets properder en ook de gemeenschappelijke gang was niet netjes onderhouden. Daarnaast werden we 's morgens heel vroeg gewekt door behoorlijk wat lawaai uit de garage of technische ruimte onder het appartement, waar het leek alsof een wasmachine of droogkast draaide.

5.0Het eten in restaurant en vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van personeel. Ze proberen dingen meteen op te lossen.
− Het appartement viel erg tegen. Sfeerloos en erg simpel. Heel anders dan op de fotos bij booking.com. Het was een kale bedoening. Ook amper heet water om te douchen en kleine straal. In de keuken was helemaal geen warm water. Er was wel een bad, maar geen stop. Dit hebben ze wel geregeld bij melden. Net als de gordijnen die er half af hingen, hebben ze meteen zo goed als mogelijk aan te passen. Maar bij binnenkomst was het te treurig voor woorden. Op de site staat 4* dat zou kunnen in de hotelkamers, maar het appartement waar wij sliepen was nog geen 2* waard. De potentie voor een leuk appartement is er wel. Met likje verf, andere gordijnen en wat aankleding en schilderijtje. En zeker andere bank. Op balkon stond 1 stoel en er was geen eettafel/ zitje zoals vermeld in de beschrijving.

4.0− Dobio sam smještaj u izvanhotelskom apartmanu. Nigdje prilikom rezervacije nije stajalo da nećemo biti smješteni u hotelu. Razočaravajuće. TV nije radio. Dva puta sam dobio potvrdu da će doći neko da aktivira TV. Ali, niko nije došao. Napominjem da sam više puta boravio u ovom hotelu. Nisam zaslužio ovakav tretman. Da moram pješačiti do restorana, bazena i drugih sadržaja. I sve to u važnom datumu za moju suprugu i mene.
