10.0Nossa estadia na Pousada Lugama foi simplesmente maravilhosa! O ambiente é acolhedor, tranquilo e muito bem cuidado, perfeito para quem busca descanso e quer se sentir em casa. Os quartos são confortáveis, impecavelmente limpos e oferecem tudo o que é necessário para uma hospedagem agradável. O café da manhã merece um destaque especial: farto, delicioso e preparado com muito carinho. Cada detalhe demonstra o cuidado e a dedicação com os hóspedes. Mas o grande diferencial da pousada, sem dúvida, é a dona Lúcia. Ela é a alma desse lugar! Chegamos cansados, em um dia de muita chuva, e fomos recebidos com um sorriso, uma energia contagiante e uma hospitalidade que transformaram completamente o nosso dia. Seu carinho, atenção e dedicação fazem com que cada hóspede se sinta verdadeiramente especial. E como se tudo isso não bastasse, as dicas da dona Lúcia sobre os passeios em Bento Gonçalves foram um capítulo à parte. Graças às suas recomendações, conhecemos lugares encantadores no Vale dos Vinhedos e fizemos uma viagem inesquecível até Gramado e Canela, passando pelos belíssimos Caminhos de Pedra. Foi um roteiro perfeito, pensado com o carinho de quem conhece e ama a região. Foi uma experiência inesquecível, e grande parte disso se deve à dona Lúcia, que faz da Pousada Lugama muito mais do que um lugar para se hospedar: faz dela um lugar para guardar no coração. Voltamos para casa com ótimas lembranças e com a certeza de que retornaremos. Recomendamos de olhos fechados!

10.0Pousada extremamente confortável. Tudo limpo, arrumado e bonito. Ducha maravilhosa, café da manhã muito bom. O ponto alto é o atendimento da Dona Lucia. Voltarei com certeza.

8.0O custo beneficio é bom no sistema hostel da pousada, porém falta atendimento; pois dona lucia faz tudo praticxamente sozinha e não da conta de todo sistema hotel/hostel. já fiquei outras vezes na parte do hotel e os apartamentos são ótimos!
− No anuncio e na reserva booking havia café da manha incluido, mas me foi negado! Faltou travesseiro no beliche e como cheguei meia noite, fiquei sem, assim como acesso a toalhas !
