− O quarto era muito pequeno, mas estava na descrição.
Estadia muito agradável, em um hotel com localização privilegiada perto do lago e do shopping.
10.0Gostei muito do atendimento, a Rita (proprietária) foi atenciosa e nos ajudou com dicas valiosas para nossos passeios e refeições. As funcionárias também foram bastante educadas. O café da manhã achei simples, mas gostoso e o quarto achei excelente tanto em tamanho quanto em conforto. A localização é ótima. Recomendo muito.
− Faltou um espaço adequado para reuniões. Durante minha estadia, um hóspede precisou fazer uma reunião online no local do café da manhã, que é pequeno, e isso acabou incomodando. Um ambiente reservado, mesmo que simples, traria mais conforto tanto para quem precisa trabalhar quanto para quem está no hotel para descansar. No geral, a experiência foi boa, mas esse ponto merece atenção para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade do serviço oferecido.
