Excelente receptividade! Ambiente acolhedor e aconchegante. Sr. Felipe e Sr. Rodolfo muito solicitos e atenciosos. Naty excelente funcionária. Pratos maravilhosos. Natureza do local é um espetáculo a parte. Passei horas admirando as montanhas do entorno. A trilha super tranquila de fazer e fácil de acessar.

De nada!

− Preciso registrar minha insatisfação, reservei a pousada pelo Booking em uma viagem de última hora na sexta-feira após o Réveillon, fechei as 10:00 H e sairíamos de casa 11:00 H, na correria das malas , com o filho de 6 anos super empolgado , a pousada entrada em contato e pede para eu cancelar a reserva, já em que estava sem roupa de cama. Pela voz do proprietário senti um descaso , com certeza por ser um final de semana badalado ele deu preferência para outras pessoas, o pior que eu tinha fechado 2 reservas , para a família de uma amiga também! Ele pediu para cancelarmos as 2! Jamais pensaria em me hospedar lá novamente!
