8.0Personnel très serviable, propreté impeccable, lit confortable, possibilité de laisser les sacs à l’accueil et super douche chaude !
− La chambre était très froide (au point de garder la veste et les chaussures). Le radiateur mis à disposition ne chauffait pratiquement pas. Une fenêtre ouverte dans la salle de bain (impossible à fermer) accentuait le froid.

Un lieu parfait pour séjourner.
9.0Un bel hôtel situé sur la grande place de Chivay. Le personnel est sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un petit chauffage d'appoint ce qui nous a fait gagner quelques degrés dans la chambre car les nuits sont froides l'hiver. Chambre très propre et fonctionnelle. Eau chaude rapidement.
− Les gens bruyants qui passent devant la chambre en discutant fort comme s'ils étaient seuls. L'isolation thermique et phonique n'existe pas au Pérou.

− L’hotel applique un taux de change assez aléatoire, sans avertissement préalable. Si la pratique se comprend, un message pour préciser le taux de change qui serait appliqué aurait été le bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner est très moyen mais suffisant, pas suffisant d’aller randonner.
