10.0Дуже сподобався готель, чистий та затишний номер, є все необхідне для короткочасного перебування: холодильник, фен, капці, засоби для душу. Адміністратор Людмила заселила нас навіть раніше зазначеного часу, все показала та пояснила, була дуже ввічлива та доброзичлива. Залюбки повернемось ще в цей готель.

1.0− Забронювали номер на день через букінг. Дзвонили за тиждень часу щоб його ще на день продовжити, нам сказали що уточнять і перетелефонують. Перетелефонували на наступний день геть ввечері коли ми вже забронювали наступну ніч в іншому готелі. За день до поїздки нам телефонують з цього готелю знову щоб сказати що наш номер який ми забронювали віддали іншій жінці яка вже довгий час проживає в ньому і запропонували доплатити та забронювати номер люкс. Це геніальне рішення, звісно ми відмовились і добре що вдалося швидко знайти інший готель.

10.0Апартаменти чудові, а ще враховуючи розташування, то ціна зовсім невелика для такого Дуже було приємним спілкування з адміністраторкою, яка під час повітряної тривоги дала нам плед в метро Якщо сумніваєтесь чи обирати це місце для ночівлі, то однозначно рекомендую!
Один момент, що зіпсував враження
5.0Розташування, зручне мʼяке ліжко.
− Бронювали номер на одну добу і можна було б закрити очі на недоліки (наприклад потреба в ремонті, заміна постільної білизни) якби один момент при виселенні все не зіпсував. Пані адміністратор прийшла приймати номер, щоб не дай Боже ми щось не вкрали і демонстративно при нас підняла ковдру, щоб подивитися чи не забруднили ми простирадла. Такого я не бачила ніде, навіть в готелях закордоном. Не робіть так, особливо з іноземцями, не ганьбіть Україну, приділить краще увагу чистоті.
