6.0La sala de juego. Fuimos familias amigas y nos permitio pasar momentos todos juntos. La comida muy rica. El personal, amable.
− Olor a humedad en las habitaciones. Se les rompio la bomba, nos quedamos sin agua. Lo resolvieron conectando una bomba a la pileta, con agua verde, y no nos avisaron. Como nos dimos cuenta y se lo hicimos saber, nos dieron una botella de agua mineral por habitacion para lavarnos la cara.

− Habitación : baño para restaurar, olor a humedad en ropa de cama Agua: se rompió la bomba, no nos avisan de la falta de agua y luego instalan bomba qué extraer agua de la pileta. Por respeto a nosotros ( adultos y niños) debían informar esta situación para evitar el uso para higiene personal.
No vuelvo a ese lugar

− A las pocas hs de ingresar nos quedamos sin agua, ni siquiera para el inodoro teníamos, nos fuimos a recorrer Concordia, cuando regresamos ya teníamos agua nuevamente, así que nos bañamos, lavamos los dientes etc.. pero la sorpresa fue cuando salimos al patio, estaban abasteciendo toda la red de agua potable con agua de la piscina totalmente turbia y sin mantenimiento desde hace meses, con esa agua nos bañamos, lavamos los dientes etc. Nunca avisaron que habían hecho esto para abastecernos de agua. Al dia siguiente ,con dudas preguntamos a la persona que nos atendia en el lugar y nos confirmo que estaban usando el agua de la piscina . lamentable no haber avisado el mismo dia asi decidiamos que hacer. los baños se quedaron sin agua desde la noche hasta que nos fuimos del lugar.
