5.0Só a atendente da chegada.
− Quarto sem ventilação nenhuma. Parece um bunker. Dois degraus de descida pra chegar ao quarto de frente pra piscina e cheiro constante de água sanitária. Café da manhã nem louça tinha limpa na hora q cheguei( 9h da manhã). Não tinha mamão, ovos, . Nem fiquei as 3 diárias. Saí com menos de 24h. O gerente simplesmente me bloqueou na resposta ao booking. Eu pagaria a multa mas nem se quer teve a empatia. Pq quarto ruim com duas crianças e o café sofrível. Não sei como a nota é 8.6. Pior experiência em Búzios em muitos anos que frequento.

10.0Ótima localização, café da manhã muito bom, atende perfeitamente para quem busca um bom café da manhã, piscina climatizada em todo o tempo, ficamos no quarto 8 com ótimas camas, banheiro atende perfeitamente, funcionários muito solicitos, o Alejandro que nos atendeu na recepção em todo o tempo procurou estar facilitando nossa estadia.
− A área comum poderia estar mais limpa, haviam caixas de refletores(aparentemente haviam sido colocados no dia anterior)e muitas guimbas de cigarro espalhadas.
