− Cuidado com utensílios fornecidos, tal como copo encontrado no freezer sujo de batom, ou seja, já utilizado anteriormente e não foi higienizado. Dados o período ser de inverno e estarmos num momento de frio rigoroso, faltou cobertor para suprir a necessidade.

− O colchão era extremamente duro, o móvel do banheiro estava podre, as toalhas do banheiro pareciam pano de chão. A funcionária que fez meu check in não foi nada simpática.
