7.0Osiguran parking i mrežica protiv komaraca
− Treba 3 minute čekati da dođe topla voda do tuša, curi tuš kabina, bučan ventilator u kupaonici, ima kuhinju ali nema stol ni stolaca gdje bi mogle sjesti dvije osobe i pojesti, sredinom malog balkona prolazi ogromni betonski stup pa ni na balkonu nema mjesta za dvije osobe, vanjska buka je velika a nema klimauređaj pa prozor mora biti otvoren

− Am fost cazat in studioul nr. 26 , etaj 2. Cladirea in sine(are si parcare) si studioul arata de nota 10 – foarte bine conceput, mobila moderna si noua , baia bine echipata, lenjeria curata si de buna calitate , curatenia perfecta,frigider.Are si o chichineta si un loc de luat de luat masa perfecte dar ... inutilizabile.Nu numai ca nu poti pregati o masa rapida dar nici macar o cafea nu-ti poti face.Cat ar costa o tigaita, o oala mica in care sa poti fierbe ceva,cat ar costa un strop de detergent , un burete si un servetel de bucatarie. Cat ar costa un cutit de taiat paine. Exista un ibric care nu poate fi asezat pe gratarul aragazului fiind pea mic.Pacat de disconfortul pe care il dau aceste lucruri marunte fata de aspectul general bun.
