10.0Приємна господарка. Чистота, вид з балкону. Достатньо комфортно. На кухні є все необхідне.
− 1. Гніздилися пташки (це супер)на балконі на кухні (вікно) і,звісно, підвіконня та балкон були у пташиному посліді та пуху. Для алергіка та астматика це взагалі біда (прийшлося йти в аптеку). Треба обов'язково попереджати про це. 2. Диван, що стояв біля кроваті, потребує чистки. 3. Розрахунок бажано перенести у площину банківського, онлайн. 4. На кухні була дощечка, яка мала їдкий запах сушеної риби, мабуть, на ній різали. Прийшлося ізолювати дощечку від усього кухонного. Але,це питання і до мешканців,які перебували там.
