− Check in policy inconvenient: You need to go to the agency to get the keys, then go to appartment. No street sign, so hard to find, no appartment no. on key , info only upon call, AC not plugged in, we tried remote control for 5 min before realizing, no toilet papers. Fresh sheets and covers were in bags for self service. So all in all poorly organized. No on site staff, agency friendly on the phone but not really proactive, they obviously serve many appartments and just do the key service.
