− Extrem viele Spinnweben, Kaffeemaschine,Sessel und Tisch sehr staubig und ölverschmiert, Wc-Sitz mit Urintropfen verschmutzt, bei Dusche bzw. Dusche Wasseraustritt unter Badewanne, Fußboden in sehr desolaten Zustand.
