7.0La disponibilité de la propriétaire très aimable et la situation géographique proche de mon travail
− L’odeur d’humidité liée au fait que l’appartement est situé entre RDC et sous sol, le manque de luminosité, l’odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bains, le bidet sans eau donc inutilisable, la lumière longue à s’allumer dans la cuisine et la télé minuscule qui n’a jamais voulu fonctionner car pas d’antenne TNT… appartement vieillot, la SDB a besoin d’être refaite, très cher pour la qualité de la prestation et n’oubliez pas vos gel douche et shampoing …
Foi boa e esteve ao nível de outras que já tenho feito em Lisboa.
7.0Da localização, sem ruídos exteriores e perto do Hospital Santa Cruz, onde fui fazer uma pequena intervenção cirúrgica.
− Trata-se de um apartamento já com alguns anos de construção, por isso está a precisar de algumas obras de remodelação, principalmente na casa de banho.
