10.0The hotel was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The staff were exceptionally supportive, professional, and friendly throughout our stay. We especially appreciate Hissa and Asma at the front desk for their warm welcome and excellent service. We would also like to thank Hanif and MD Mulla from the housekeeping and support team for their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism. Their outstanding hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

10.0Le séjour s'est très bien passé. L'hôtel est idéalement situé à côté du Haram. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours prêt à aider. À notre arrivée, on nous a d'abord attribué une chambre très petite. Nous avons demandé s'il était possible d'en avoir une autre, et ils nous l'ont changée immédiatement, sans aucune discussion. Ils ont été très compréhensifs et professionnels. Cela a vraiment rendu notre séjour très agréable. M MDNASHIR MOLLA tout les jours paase pour nous demander si nous avons besoin de quelques choses

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and all the facilities were in great condition. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around.
