− Non sono rimasta soddisfatta del soggiorno. Per la cifra molto alta che viene richiesta, mi sarei aspettata ben altri servizi. Il parcheggio non è incluso: nella zona trovare posto è quasi impossibile e, per questo motivo, abbiamo persino preso una multa. Un altro punto critico è la mancanza di una doccetta esterna per togliersi la sabbia: viene raccomandato di non farsi la doccia interna con la sabbia addosso, ma non viene offerta alcuna alternativa. Lo stesso vale per i cani, che pure sono ammessi, ma non hanno un punto acqua per essere lavati dopo la spiaggia. Un altro punto negativo legato al prezzo è la totale assenza di un ascensore: dover affrontare tante rampe di scale per raggiungere l’appartamento, con bagagli o dopo una giornata al mare, è un disagio reale. Considerato il prezzo elevato, questo è un ulteriore elemento che rende il costo assolutamente ingiustificato. La mia insoddisfazione deriva quindi da un insieme di mancanze che non trovano alcun riscontro nei servizi offerti dalla struttura e nemmeno dalla città di Pineto. L’unica nota positiva è che si dorme bene, il letto è comodo e la zona silenziosa di notte. Nel complesso, però, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è fortemente deludente.

− Difficoltà parcheggio, appartamento rumoroso (vicini che gridano e sbattono alle 7h di mattina), divano letto un po scomodo
Rilassante, tranquillo e personale agenzia cortese e disponibile.
7.0Ottima posizione
− Andrebbe fatta un minimo di manutenzione come: 1) pulire filtrino lavandino bagno 2) pulire giardinetto 3) mettere mollette per stendere panni 4) controllare prese o mettere qualche multipresa. In poche parole fare un minimo di manutenzione.
