− Very noisy on the front bedroom. Not well equipped kitchen. Bad or faulty electrics in the kitchen. One of the bedrooms was had a strange set up, not ideal when you need beds for kids.

4.0A casa tem muito potencial, excelentes áreas, com divisões para todas as necessidades e a maioria das camas são confortáveis. A localização é frente ao mar muito perto da praia do Baleal (dá para ir a pé). Tem uma piscina de condomínio e facilidades como churrasqueira comum.
− Quando chegámos fomos "recebidos" por um monte de sacos com roupas sujas dos hóspedes anteriores. A casa não tinha qualquer papel higiénico nem nenhum tipo de sabonete. Portanto à chegada, vindo de uma longa viagem o uso da casa de banho foi muito incómodo, pois não traziamos nenhum desses ítems. Uma das camas de casal é redonda e pouco confortável. As camas só estavam parcialmente feitas, pois tinham apenas lençol de baixo e coberta ou edredon. O lençol de baixo era curto e estava sempre a sair levando ao contacto direto com o colchão. A falta dos lençóis de cima foi igualmente desconfortável. Apesar de ter uma cozinha relativamente bem equipada, não tinha nenhuma amostra de sal, azeite e outros elementos que seria simpático fornecer (nem que fosse em pequenas amostras). Seria simpático ter uma máquina de lavar a louça.
