saubere Wohnung an guter Lage in Ascona
9.0Die Wohnung mit Balkon befindet sich im 3. Stock (Lift) an zentraler, ruhiger Lage und ist sehr sauber. Die Küche ist zweckmässig ausgestattet. Die Piazza sowie diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichbar. Die Tiefgarage ist kostenlos. Wir konnten die Velos beim Parkplatz vor unserem Auto hinstellen. Die Schlüsselübergabe verlief sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir werden diese Unterkunft bei einem weiteren Asconaaufenthalt sicher wieder in Betracht ziehen.
− Das Sofa ist leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirkt sehr wuchtig. Es wäre empfehlenswert, dieses beispielsweise durch ein Bettsofa, zu ersetzen.

10.0The apartment is like home away from home -very clean, cosy. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The kitchen has everything you need to cook although we did not cook. The location is perfect, about 5min walking to the coop suppermarket and 7 min to the lake promenad and allestauranrs. We can definitely recommend this place to anyone.
