− Când am ajuns la check în, am constatat ca pozele de prezentare văzute pe booking nu corespund cu realitatea. Acestea sunt făcute tendențios pentru a deruta. La facilități scrie ca acceptă animale de companie și ni s-a comunicat ca este o greșeală a celor de la booking. Am solicitat returnarea banilor reținuți pentru cazare și nu răspunde la telefon și nici pe e-mail.
