Booked very last minute as our previous booking had cancelled on us and we loved our stay here. I messaged the lovely gentleman to see if there was anyway I could book in abit earlier and he was happy to oblige. He met us at the property, showed us around and even supplied with milk, tea and coffee. The annex was very clean, nice and cool and comfortable bed to sleep in. Provided with a thin sheet aswell incase we preferred that over the duvet. We stayed here as we were doing the Otley run and it was a 20 minute drive away in an uber and cost around £16. Perfect place to stay for us, just what we needed! Thank you again :)

A little Gem in Guiseley

We were on a surprise visit from Spain to see our family and especially new Granddaughter that we hadn't seen and the location to everyone was ideal. The property and facilities were excellent and wouldn't hesitate in using it again and recommending it also.

− The only negative, especially in the lighter morning months, would be to have either darker curtains or black out blinds in the bedroom.

Location, convenient for us. Well equipped and very clean. Host thought of everything including milk in fridge etc.

− Shower could be improved, head loose. Parking normally available but could be difficult at times.

− A proper oven would be nice. Also, a storage cupboard for food.
