Prachtige locatie met een paar verbeterpunten.

De locatie en het zwembad waren fantastisch. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. Bij aankomst stond er een leuk welkomstpakket klaar, wat een fijne verrassing was. De schoonmaak werd één keer tijdens ons verblijf uitgevoerd en dat was prima geregeld. Zelfs de afwas was voor ons gedaan. Vanaf het balkon hadden we een prachtig uitzicht op de bergen en in de verte op de zee. Het personeel was vriendelijk en reageerde snel wanneer we een probleem meldden.

− Het bed was erg hard. Schone handdoeken kregen we één keer per twee dagen, wat wij door de warmte en het strandbezoek wat weinig vonden. Op de eerste dag liep ons appartement deels onder water doordat de douche niet goed afliep. Hierdoor stroomde het water de badkamer uit, wat de vloer glad en gevaarlijk maakte. Na melding bij Christina is dit gelukkig binnen een uur opgelost, waarvoor complimenten. Verder was er wel afwasmiddel aanwezig, maar ontbraken een vaatdoekje, hand- of theedoek en een afwasborstel. Er lag wel wat bestek maar geen schaar en geen snijplank. Dat was wel handig geweest. Ook zou een extra vuilniszak prettig zijn geweest tijdens het verblijf.

Highly recommend. Excellent villa. We stayed at Villa Serena (the one with 4 palm trees in front of pool in middle of the complex). Really spacious. 3 large double bedrooms. 3 large shower rooms. Large living area. TVs in all rooms. Pool was fantastic with views to the sea. Management team very responsive to any questions. Cleaning staff were brilliant. You need a car if staying here. Great little coffee shop at end of driveway. Local (Lardos) takeaway free delivery for brilliant Gyros and Souvlaki. Lindos 15 mins away. Large well stocked supermarket 7 mins drive away. We had a great holiday here. Food is amazing in Rhodes and locals are the friendliest of all the holiday destinations we have been to. Absolutely loved everything about it. And a few friendly cats came to say hello everyday which delighted our children. Just book it…you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely spacious villa with really decent sized pool which was kept very clean. Quiet location with nice views of mountains and sea, felt very private and not overlooked. Good parking outside, nice table and chair area outside as well as inside. All the utensils you could need really provided in the kitchen.

− One of the rooms had lost its air conditioning remote control which we reported but did not receive new one. Bedroom door had to be left open to try and reduce the heat as it was in the mid thirties. Beds were a little bit hard and would prefer softer although some people may prefer the harder mattress. Otherwise couldn’t fault it.

Heel relaxte sfeer, gezellig terras en grote handdoeken voor zwembad . Zeer comfortabele bedden.

− Af en toe hadden we last van een rioolgeur van het doucheputje. In de andere kamer hing een schimmelgeur via een muuropening (voor wateraansluiting of zo) in de kast onder de wastafel. Hebben we opgelost door dicht te maken met plastic zak. De kamers zelf waren perfect schimmelvrij en heel netjes

Schöner, erholsamer Familienurlaub

Grosses Haus, gute Lage. Man ist schnell in Lindos, hat aber auch seine Ruhe. Es wurden jeden 2. Tag die Handtücher ( inkl. Badetücher für den Pool) gewechselt. Je nach Aufenthaltsdauer wird die Bettwäsche auch gewechselt( 9 Tage Aufenthalt/ 1. Bettwäschewechsel)

− Am 1. Tag haben die Klimageräte lang gebraucht bis das Haus auf eine angenehme Temperatur gekühlt war. Als wir kammen, waren sie nicht angemacht, daher brauchten es lange . In einem Schlafzimmer( kleinsten) hat die Fernbedienung ganz gefehlt. Die Anlage an sich ist Neu, aber man sieht leider im Innern des Hauses schon Spuren an den Wänden.
