Nice condo in a central location

Nice centrally located condo. Clean and well equipped. Nice base for a quick pre-cruise visit to Miami. Has a washer/dryer which is useful in a pre-trip base. It was reasonably quiet for a downtown condo. The deli in the building across the street had decent food (we needed sandwiches for a trip) and having a CVS in the building was useful.
− Traffic in the area can be a a bit chaotic during afternoon rush hour. We left on Saturday morning, but Friday night was really busy (lot's of people coming to town to party). The parking garage has been mentioned in many reviews. If you are driving a much bigger vehicle than you are used to it is probably a bit stressful, otherwise just plan for an extra 5 minutes to go up/down.

− El estacionamiento es un infierno. Habia que subir el auto 12 pisos por 24 rampas y sumaba 10 minutos cada vez que entrabamos o saliamos del lugar.

Groot appartement op een perfecte locatie in Miami met handige parkeerplaats!

De locatie was zeer gunstig (je zit zo op alle plekken die je wil zien in Miami), de ruimte van het appartement en de mogelijkheid om de auto te parkeren. Daarbij reageerde de gastheer altijd heel snel op onze verzoeken zelfs wanneer het niet urgent was. Dit konden wij zeer waarderen! Verder heb ik eerder in de reviews gelezen dat het lang duurt om naar boven te rijden en het een uitdaging is met een grotere auto maar dit hebben wij niet zo ervaren. We hadden een BMW X2 bij ons en hebben geen problemen hiermee gehad. Het is een ruime garage en heel fijn om er te parkeren zelfs met een grotere auto.
− We hebben nauwelijks problemen ervaren. Enkel de douche duurde wat lang om op te warmen maar dat is echt het enige.
